How long have you been into fitness?
Health and fitness has been a life long passion of mine, whether its on the sports pitch or in the gym, I can't remember a time without it.
Why did you become a Personal Trainer?
Having been a gym member for over 20 years, I've always been surrounded by those that have strived for and met their fitness goals and seen what that can do to a person's physical and mental well-being.
To be able to help people achieve that is a real great feeling. That's why I am a PT.
What motivates you to get up and train?
Results. With the right programme and focus, results can come quickly and whether am building strength or muscle tone as soon as I see a shift in change it spurs me on to carry on.
What would you like to do in your spare time?
With three young kids, there isn't a lot of spare time but what I do have is usually spent walking my husky, doing DIY or in the summer at the caravan in Norfolk.
If I could train with one famous person, who would it be?
Arnold Schwarzenegger. Imagine the stories he could tell.
What is your guilty pleasure when it comes to food and drink?
Cake! Terrible, I know. All in moderation.
What is your favourite quote and who said it?
Mohammed Ali said
"I don't count the sit ups. I only start counting when it starts hurting because they're the only ones that count."
